Pastoral Care
As part of our church family, our aim is to offer to put people in touch with each other and to ensure that everyone who would like to, has someone they can contact for a chat, listening ear, shoulder to cry on or as a friend to share both joys and sorrows. If we cannot help, we aim to identify someone who can.
Matthew 25:v36 “Jesus said …….you visited me”
By caring about those who are in need – giving of our time, not our solutions – we touch the heart of God. By ministering to others, it is not about our ability to solve problems or offer advice, but it is about letting people know they are not alone. It is a way of showing them that God cares for them and so do we.
