Fairtrade

Cupar became a Fairtrade town with the official launch in June 2007. Close links we have established with Castlehill School and Bell Baxter High School.

Spurred on by dedicated teachers, the children are very keen to promote Fairtrade and have FT tuck shops. Fairtrade leaflets have been distributed

throughout the town in the library and shops, listing outlets where FT goods are available locally. Please ask shopkeepers if you cannot find what you are

looking for and encourage them to increase the number of FT items.
